Osier Willow
This broadleaf tree, also known as Salix Viminalis, is usually found in wet places such as river banks or coastal areas. It can be used to successfully screen or provide a natural windbreak. This variety of willow can be used for coppicing and is also used for basket weaving due to it's bendy nature. It provides welcome shelter to wildlife and can decontaminate soil removing heavy metals over time.
